• Aaron's Transportation L.LC. has a zero tolerance for drug and alcohol abuse.

• Aaron shall not, at any time, be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, either while driving a client or when the van is empty.

• If a client suspects Aaron is under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, the client will fill out a complaint form found on this website under the tab "concern/ complaint".

• If a complaint is filed, Aaron shall be immediately suspended from driving. An internal review of the complaint will be conducted.

• If, after the internal review, it was determined that Aaron was under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, Aaron shall be terminated and Aaron's Transportation L.L.C. will be dissolved.

• Aaron's Transportation does not discriminate based on sex, ethnicity, gender and gender identity or race. If a client feels they have been discriminated against, they may fill out a complaint form on the next page. An internal review will then be started.

• Aaron's Transportation L.L.C. takes all concerns and complaints very seriously. If you need to file a complaint, please use the form on the following page. This helps Aaron's Transportation L.L.C. have a record on file.
